How much is shipping?
A flat rate of $10 CAD for secure + tracked shipping.
Orders 80+ CAD (before tax) ship free.
Do you provide worldwide shipping?
Not yet - but we will soon, Inshallah!
My Order
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can’t be canceled once processed.
If you need to make a change (like an item swap or address update), email us right away at support@anarscarves.com with your order number — we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days (next business day if placed after 4 PM on Friday). Delivery times depend on your location in Canada. Usually 2–7 business days.
Product Care
How do I care for my Anar Hijab?
Hand wash in cold water by hand with mild soap.
Lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid bleach, tumble drying, and high heat ironing to keep it soft and long-lasting.
How do I style my hijab?
Use a steamer to smooth out wrinkles and a flat iron on the edges for a clean, face-framing look. We also recommend undercaps and hijab magnets instead of pins to keep everything in place without snags.
Is your Butter Modal see-through?
No. Our Butter Modal is densely woven to prevent see-throughness as much as possible while keeping its signature softness.
Lighter shades may appear slightly sheer in direct sunlight, but they are not transparent when styled normally.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are for store credit only within 7 days of package delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee applies.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@anarscarves.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving your package.
Make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and all packaging and tags are still attached.

How long does it take to get my store credit?
Once your return is received at HQ and inspected, we’ll process your store credit.
Please allow a few days for processing.
Are shipping fees refundable?
If you start a return, the original shipping fee is not refundable.
